We are looking for a passionate Head Barista to champion exquisite specialty coffee extraction, team mentorship, and exceptional guest hospitality at our flagship Mint Plaza cafe.

• Dial in espresso profiles daily on La Marzocco KB90 machines and manage pour-over brew ratios.
• Train, schedule, and inspire a team of 8 talented baristas in hospitality excellence.
• Manage cafe inventory, fresh bean rotation, and local bakery partnerships.
• Foster a warm, inclusive neighborhood atmosphere for our regular guests.

شرایط احراز

• 2+ years in specialty coffee leadership or high-volume artisan cafe management.
• Deep sensory knowledge of single-origin coffee varietals and extraction physics.
• Active Food Safety Manager Certificate.
• Energetic, dependable, and passionate about hospitality craftsmanship.
