• Lead patient intake, clinical assessments, and bedside telemetry monitoring.
• Collaborate with attending physicians on therapeutic interventions and discharge planning.
• Ensure strict adherence to hospital safety, HIPAA, and infection prevention protocols.
• Provide supportive education and compassionate counsel to patients and families.

شرایط احراز

• Active California RN License (BSN required, MSN preferred).
• BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• 3+ years clinical experience in acute care, emergency triage, or intensive care.
• Warm interpersonal communication and decisive clinical judgment under pressure.
